Background – Organizational entrepreneurship is one of the solutions used to maintain existence and sustainability an organization oriented towards community empowerment in Indonesia. Aim This study aims analyze effect human resource competence using Spencer model on organizational entrepreneurship. Design / methodology approach The research respondents were all 35 female partners at BUANA. Collecting data questionnaires interviews. modified competency instrument from Model, Entrepreneurship uses adaptation Spencer's initial research. analytical tool measure level validity correlation coefficient SPSS17.0 software. Result Discussion results indicate that resources concept which consists motivation, nature, attitude, knowledge skills has a very important role effort develop Entrepreneurship. found various organizations can increasingly provide space driving economic activity groups/organizations.
